The modern skyscraper pays homage to its history by preserving and restoring a striking Romanesque-style heritage.
The lobby and restored facade were designed specifically to honor its past as the location of The Age Newspaper were the publication was originally printed.
Originally built in 1911 as a Coach Builders Warehouse by architect Charles Rice for Andrew Tait an Ironmonger and Coachbuilder.
