If your dates are available, booking your stay is simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Check Availability: Use our online calendar to see if your desired dates are open.
  2. Make Contact to book your date /dates.

  4. Booking Information Required

    To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please provide the following information:

    • Name: Your full name.
    • Address: Your current address.
    • Phone Number: A contact number where we can reach you.
    • Number of Guests: How many people will be staying?
    • Car Park Requirement: Do you require access to the car park?
    • Ages of Children: If you are bringing children, please provide their ages.

    Confirmation of Dates and Payment Information

    After receiving your Email, I will confirm the dates within 12 hours and provide you with the necessary payment information. Your prompt communication is appreciated, and I look forward to finalising our arrangements soon.

How to Read Our Calendar

Understanding our calendar is simple! Available dates are highlighted in GREEN along with the corresponding nightly price. If a date is unavailable, it will be marked in RED. This clear colour coding makes it easy for you to plan your stay with us.

Booking Information

Our calendar is only available for bookings up to 6 months in advance. If you require dates that are further out than this, please reach out to us via gkbodie1@gmail.com  for booking availability. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you with your plans!

How do I view the availability calendar?

You can view our live availability calendar by clicking the 'View availability calendar' button above. This will show you all available dates for Kylie's Place.


How do I make payments?

You will receive an email with the payment details. A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your arrival. Please ensure that these payments are made on time to secure your reservation.

 

What if my desired dates are not available?
