This was my first time visiting Melbourne, and this first experience was very enjoyable for me and my family.
I saw that Kylie’s place had many 5-star reviews from previous guests, so I felt confident that her place would be nice and clean.
From the first time I chatted with Kylie, I found her to be kind and friendly. I also believe that she truly prioritizes her guests' satisfaction.
My family and I stayed at Kylie’s place for three nights. We were also able to get an early check-in, which was very helpful for us.
Kylie’s place looked new and clean, exactly as described in the photos. The cooking equipment was complete, which made it convenient for us to prepare breakfast and dinner.
We felt that Kylie’s place was like our second home.

Our stay at Kylie’s was perfect. The apartment was immaculate. I don’t usually sleep well when I’m away but the beds were super comfortable with great quality pillows so i had a fantastic sleep. Very warm and inviting vibes to make you feel right at home. Quiet and close to everything with lots of added extras that most hosts don’t provide.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, from the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought had gone into making guests feel welcome. Every little detail had been considered—from the games and activities for both adults and kids, to the pantry stocked with essentials like oil, herbs, snacks and water, as well as all the bathroom necessities. Honestly, all we needed to bring were our clothes!
Their apartment was lovely, comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped. The thoughtful touches throughout made it feel less like a holiday rental and more like a true home away from home.

Kylie is a fantastic host who made us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment is beautifully furnished, comfortable and squeaky clean. We had everything we needed for our stay and the little extra touches (such as some single serve cereal packets) were really appreciated. I would highly recommend booking this apartment. It is a home away from home, with everything you need plus more. We felt very comfortable during our three night stay.
The pool was a highlight, with our youngest son wanting to swim every day. It is conveniently located with Southern Cross Train Station, multiple tram stops, Coles and many other cafes/restaurants all at walking distance. We did not use our car once during our stay. It was great knowing our car was parked safely in the designated car park at the base of the building. The building was very quiet and the view was enjoyable.
The host, Kylie, was absolutely exceptional helping with questions prior to booking through to check out. Kylie was an excellent communicator making it a stress free experience. Kylie was very friendly and welcoming, meeting us at check in and check out to pass on the keys and answer any questions about our stay and Melbourne. Thank you Kylie!!
